Burundi Customer Factory Inspection

In the beginning of June, a delegation of Burundian clients made their way to the Yancheng factory of “Jiangsu Luoming” to conduct an inspection of the oxygen generator. Their sharp eyes missed no single detail. This journey to China was the outcome of months of research and negotiations aimed at identifying the ideal technology collaborator.

While the clients were examining the equipment, our engineers and the head of the Foreign Trade Department were by their side throughout, furnishing the clients with professional technical know - how and lucid English explanations.

Moreover, the clients were highly concerned about after - sales service matters. We assured the clients that all our equipment undergoes complete commissioning before leaving the factory. On - site installation is straightforward, and we can offer free remote installation guidance. If the client so desires, we are also capable of providing expatriate engineer services.

Following the visit, the client expressed great approval of our equipment and services. They will engage in further contract discussions with us upon their return to Burundi.
