Our 5-cubic-meter medical oxygen concentrator's core filter element utilizes medical-grade polyester fiber. This fabric, with its uniform fiber density, effectively traps airborne dust, particulates, and some microorganisms. Its optimized air permeability ensures filtration efficiency without excessive airflow resistance, ensuring stable oxygen output.
The device's humidifier bottle interface seal is made of food-grade silicone. This material offers excellent elasticity and sealing properties, ensuring a tight fit and preventing oxygen leakage. It also exhibits excellent aging resistance, withstanding long-term immersion in humidification fluid without deformation, thus minimizing device failures caused by sealing issues.
The heat dissipation duct within the device is lined with high-temperature-resistant non-woven fabric. This fabric has flame-retardant properties and can withstand the heat generated by device operation. It is lightweight and does not add weight to the device. Its fiber structure also helps disperse airflow, helping the cooling system to more efficiently reduce device temperature and maintain continuous and stable operation.
These fabrics were selected with the safety and practicality of medical equipment in mind. The inherent properties of the material ensure the device's fundamental performance and provide users with reliable oxygen support.
