Based on the principle of O₂+C→CO₂(CO), this method utilizes highly active carbon-supported reactants to react at a specific temperature, generating CO₂ while removing oxygen and producing 99.999% high-purity nitrogen. The process employs two or more reactors working alternately to ensure continuous gas production. It is suitable for gas volumes ≤500 Nm³/h and applications without stringent requirements for CO₂ and CO content.
