After deoxygenation, the water gas in the nitrogen is dehydrated by the cooler, and then the nitrogen continues to enter the dryer to dry so that the dew point of nitrogen reaches about -60℃. The dryer is configured with two, one of which is adsorption drying, and the other is regeneration of the dryer that has absorbed saturated water gas to prepare for the next cycle of adsorption work. After drying the nitrogen through the filter dust, the final obtained is high purity nitrogen.
