Compressed air entering the network often contains high levels of water vapor, which, when cooled, condenses into liquid. This condensation can cause significant damage to both the compressed air system and the final product. Without a dryer, as much as 90 liters of water can infiltrate the system daily. Jiangsu Luoming's compressed air dryers efficiently eliminate moisture, ensuring completely dry compressed air. This ensures smooth system operation and enhances production efficiency. Our range of refrigeration dryers and adsorption dryers offer various dew point temperatures, providing tailored, reliable solutions for keeping your compressed air system dry and efficient.
Working Principle of Refrigerated Air Dryer
The refrigerated air dryer works by using a refrigerant to absorb heat from the compressed air, lowering its temperature to a dew point range of 2°C to 10°C. Based on the condenser cooling method, the cold dryer is available in two types: air-cooled and water-cooled. The system consists of four key components: the refrigeration compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve.
